The purpose of the Student Coordinator is to work in conjunction with the Financial Aid department and the Admissions Department to complete the student enrollment process. This role involves keeping students motivated and excited about starting school, overcoming their challenges, and partnering with them through to completion. The coordinator collaborates with Financial Aid, Admissions, and other departments to provide support and obtain necessary documentation for enrollment. They are responsible for ensuring future students have the best possible experience through excellent customer service, resolving concerns in a timely and professional manner, and improving student starts by contacting them via phone to ensure all enrollment steps are completed. The role also includes setting timely follow-up dates, ensuring students complete necessary entrance exams, maintaining documentation in REACH, scanning and loading documents into REACH, giving campus tours, and completing admissions folders.
