About The Position

This is a fast-paced, 10-day state-certified nurse aide training program. Orientation is scheduled for July 15th, and the class will run from July 21, 2026, to July 31, 2026. To be considered, applicants must provide a completed application, valid photo identification, and a Social Security card at the time of their interview. No absences or tardiness are permitted due to the short duration of the class. Students must maintain a grade average of 85 to continue in the course. Books and supplies, costing $40, are due at orientation. A set of scrubs must also be purchased for daily wear. A criminal background check and registry consultation will be conducted. Individuals with felony convictions, certain misdemeanor charges, or those found on abuse registries will not be admitted. Notification of acceptance and orientation details will be sent via email. Students are selected based on facility need, candidate availability, flexibility, previous work history, and attitude. Employment opportunities may be available upon successful completion of the course.
