About The Position

This is a regular student clerical position in which the student will perform computer and customer service-related duties in an office setting. This is an appointed position only. Hours per week will vary, up to 25 hours per week, maximum, during fall and spring semesters, and up to 35 hours per week, maximum, during summer semesters. This position is within the College of Math & Science, Dean's Office.

Requirements

  • Must be enrolled at least half-time during fall/spring semesters (5 hours for graduates, 6 hours for undergraduates).
  • F1/J1 Visa students must be enrolled full-time during fall/spring semesters (9 credit hours for graduates, 12 credit hours for undergraduates).
  • Must be enrolled in at least 3 summer credit hours or be enrolled in the upcoming fall semester in the minimum credit hours required for their classification and employment type to work during the summer.
  • Federal Work Study Program (FWSP) positions require students to be enrolled in at least 6 credit hours (undergraduate) or 5 credit hours (graduate).
  • New incoming students are not eligible for student employment until the semester in which they begin classes.
  • Students needing fewer credit hours to graduate than the minimum required for student employment must obtain a letter from their Academic Advisor.
