About The Position
This position serves as the “face” of Goggin Ice Center providing the best customer service to our students, staff, and community.
Requirements
- Work assignments are completed under close supervision.
- Employees typically follow well-defined policies and procedures.
- Minimal training or prior knowledge of work is required.
Responsibilities
- Provide customer service in support of Goggin Ice Center Pro Shop, including renting skates/broomball shoes, stocking merchandise, responding to telephone and in-person inquiries.
- Possible public session skate-guard duty.
- Other duties as assigned.
