About The Position
This position is for a Student Assistant at the Working Warhawk. The role involves various tasks to support the store's operations, including customer service, maintaining store appearance, cashiering, managing stock and inventory, and fulfilling online orders. The position requires the individual to be enrolled as a student at AUM for the current or upcoming semester and possess basic math, keyboarding, and data entry skills.

Responsibilities
- Greet students and faculty, answer questions, and explain store policies.
- Keep the store looking fresh by shelving, arranging, cleaning, and organizing products or space within the store.
- Process sales using cash, credit cards, or financial aid, and handle returns.
- Receive & process shipments, shelve textbooks, stock merchandise, organize displays, and help count inventory.
- Pull items for online orders and pack shipments.
- Assist other units within Campus Services.
