Position Overview: Reporting to the Associate Director of Auxiliaries, this position is responsible for supervising the Student Lounge and will provide project support for the supervisor. This position supports the day-to-day operations of the Student Lounge and related spaces. This role involves supervising the area to ensure a welcoming and safe environment, conducting online research, performing data entry, assisting with the preparation of reports and presentations, and providing general administrative support.

Requirements

Great customer service skills
Effective verbal and written communication skills
Experience using internet search tools and social media platforms to gather data
Proficiency in Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Powerpoint) Google Mail, Google Calendar and Canva
Maintain a professional appearance and attitude
Be a full time student at SFBU
Have a high school diploma
Completed at least one full semester at SFBU
