About The Position
This is a grant-funded position for the summer with potential for continuation into the 2026-27 academic year. The Student Assistant TRIO provides administrative support to program staff and students. The role involves organizing and managing student data, maintaining program resources, and assisting with tasks related to the NMC Food Pantry. The position offers a flexible schedule, approximately 18 to 20 hours per week, during weekday daytime hours.

- Must be knowledgeable in Microsoft office products including Outlook
Responsibilities
- Support program personnel in organizing and managing student data.
- Create and assemble student paper files.
- Enter student data in online Student Access database.
- Support program personnel in maintaining the program and program resources.
- Provide clerical assistance to staff, as needed.
- Maintain a record of program resources.
- Assist program participants with questions and concerns as needed.
- Support staff in NMC Food Pantry tasks including filling orders, supervising shoppers and tracking use.
