About The Position

Action Behavior Centers is seeking a Behavior Analyst in Training for its Rising Stars program. The role is intended for a Behavior Technician (BT) or Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) pursuing a master's degree and accruing supervision hours toward becoming a BCBA. The position provides early intervention therapy to children with autism in a center-based setting, serving children ages 18 months to 8 years. The program offers supervision hours, a pathway to BCBA certification, and guaranteed weekly hours for full-time teammates.

Requirements

Be a BT or RBT accruing supervision hours.
Have accrued 85% of fieldwork hours (1,700 of 2,000 hours).
Have completed all restricted hours.
Provide proof of enrollment in an accredited applicable master's program.

Responsibilities

Provide early intervention therapy in a center-based setting.
Work with children ages 18 months to 8 years old.
Collect data and implement individualized treatment plans for each child.
Collaborate with BCBAs and other team members.
Allocate 8 hours per week off the direct-care schedule to work on BDS modules.
Sit for the BACB exam within 6 months of joining the team.
