About The Position

Action Behavior Centers is hiring a Student Analyst (also described as a BCBA Intern or Behavior Analyst in Training) for its Rising Stars program. The role is intended for a Behavior Technician or Registered Behavior Technician accruing supervision hours toward becoming a BCBA. It provides a path to BCBA certification, including no-cost supervision and a competitive BCBA salary after passing the exam. The role provides early intervention therapy to children ages 18 months to 8 years in a center-based setting. The posting specifies guaranteed 32–40 hours per week for full-time teammates, regardless of patient cancellations.

Requirements

Have accrued 85% of fieldwork hours (1,700 of 2,000 hours).
Have completed all restricted hours.
Provide proof of enrollment in an applicable accredited master's program.
Be a Behavior Technician (BT) or Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) accruing supervision hours.

Responsibilities

Provide early intervention therapy in a center-based setting.
Work with children ages 18 months to 8 years.
Collect data and implement individualized treatment plans for each child.
Collaborate with BCBAs and colleagues.
Complete 8 hours per week of BDS modules outside the direct-care schedule.
Sit for the BACB exam within 6 months of joining the team.
