About The Position

Action Behavior Centers is seeking a Student Analyst / Behavior Analyst in Training for its Rising Stars program. This opportunity is for a Behavior Technician or Registered Behavior Technician accruing supervision hours while completing an applicable accredited master's program. The role provides early intervention therapy to children ages 18 months to 8 years in a center-based setting. Compensation is $24–$30 per hour, based on experience and supervision-hour completion, with potential wage increases every six months. Requirements

• Be a Behavior Technician (BT) or Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) accruing supervision hours.
• Have accrued 85% of fieldwork hours (1,700 of 2,000 hours).
• Have completed all restricted hours.
• Provide proof of enrollment in an applicable accredited master's program.

Responsibilities

• Provide early intervention therapy in a center-based setting.
• Work with children ages 18 months to 8 years.
• Collect data and implement individualized treatment plans for each child.
• Collaborate with BCBAs and team members.
• Allocate eight hours per week outside the direct-care schedule to work on BDS modules.
• Sit for the BACB exam within six months of joining the team.
