About The Position
The ABA Squad Student Analyst Program is designed for graduate students pursuing BCBA certification. The role provides real clinical experience, expert mentorship, and unrestricted supervision hours while supporting children and families. Student Analysts gain hands-on experience with direct client contact and work in clinic, home, and school settings. Scheduling is flexible and arranged around coursework, with part-time and full-time options available.
Requirements
- Currently enrolled in an ABA graduate program.
- Passionate about applied behavior analysis and supporting individuals with developmental disabilities.
- Clear written and verbal communication skills.
- Team-oriented, dependable, and eager to learn.
Nice To Haves
- Experience working with children.
Responsibilities
- Participate in clinical work with direct client contact.
- Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs).
- Administer skill assessments such as the VB-MAPP and ABLLS.
- Develop Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs).
- Implement skill acquisition programs.
- Gain supervision and parent-training experience.
- Earn unrestricted BCBA supervision hours toward certification.
