About The Position

This business is one of Australia’s most dynamic mid tier civil mining Construction companies operating at a national level. On the civil side they handle a broad range of projects including ground works earthworks as well as major roads, bridges, pipelines, bulk earthworks and the list goes on. The project will be running for at least 12 months. We are searching for an experienced Supervisor to deliver concrete packages to the client’s specifications. As Structures Supervisor you will run your section of the project while, liaising and liaising with Engineers. Requirements

Over five years of experience as a Civil Supervisor.
Experience coming up through the ranks from Operator, Labourer to Leading Hand and now Foreman.
Experience on projects with similar specifications.

Responsibilities

Coordinate the form workers / steel fixes ensuring that concrete pours and daily production rates are met.
Assist with the coordination of plant and materials.
Report to the Project Manager.
Run your section of the project.
Liaise with Engineers.
Personnel & Subcontractor management.
Workplace Health & Safety initiatives.
Liaise closely with Management.
Ensure time & cost objectives are met for program.
