Structured Lending Operations Associate
About The Position
ATLAS SP is seeking a driven and detail-oriented professional to join our Structured Lending Operations team. This individual will oversee the execution, booking, and lifecycle management of loan facilities and asset-based loans globally. The role requires oversight of loan analysts, direct client engagement, and responsibility for ensuring operational excellence in daily lending activity. The successful candidate will serve as the primary point of contact for clients on servicing matters—including draw requests, paydowns, notices, and cash transactions—while managing facilities within ACBS (CLS) and partnering across teams to enhance controls, streamline processes, and drive innovation.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in financial servicing or loan operations.
- Proven ability to manage client relationships and lead teams.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
Nice To Haves
- Knowledge of ACBS (CLS) or similar lending platforms (LIQ, AFS) preferred.
Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee loan analysts, providing coaching, guidance, and quality assurance.
- Serve as the day-to-day client contact for draw requests, paydowns, notices, and servicing inquiries.
- Manage the execution, booking, and servicing of credit agreements, amendments, and loan facilities.
- Oversee cash processing, reconciliations, and reporting within ACBS (CLS).
- Maintain a strong control environment, ensuring accuracy and risk mitigation.
- Drive process improvements to increase efficiency and enhance client service.
