About The Position

As a Structured Investment Product Analyst, you will work closely with a variety of internal and external stakeholders—including fund sponsors, alternative fintech platforms, operations teams, and financial advisors—to support a broad range of alternative investment offerings. The Structured Investment Product team is part of the home office. The team enables advisors and agencies to succeed in bringing a range of bank structured notes offerings to clients. You will combine market insight, analytical rigor, and strong communication skills to help scale one of MassMutual’s most strategic growth areas.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree
• 2+ years of experience with investment solutions in the insurance/financial services industry and/or within financial institutions
• Series 7 at time of application or within 90 days of start date

Responsibilities

• Serve as a subject matter expert on structured investments, communicating relative value and market opportunities to advisors and internal partners
• Support advisor education and ongoing business, connecting product structure to real‑time market conditions and client objectives
• Develop and enhance educational content and tools across structured investments
• Partner with trading, operations, compliance, legal and finance to ensure smooth and compliant execution, onboarding, and post‑trade support
• Analyze and reconcile trade flows and data, supporting accuracy, controls, and scalability
• Leverage technology and process improvement to increase team efficiency and effectiveness
• Apply portfolio management insight to help advisors integrate structured investments into broader financial plans
