Charlotte Office - Structured Finance Mid-Level Associate
About The Position
Winston Taylor is seeking a mid-level associate to join its structured finance group in its Charlotte office. The role requires candidates with strong deal experience in structured finance, lending, securitization, or similar finance structures, preferably gained at a law firm. The ideal candidate will have experience representing domestic and foreign banks in warehouse lending and structured repurchase transactions. These transactions should involve commercial real estate loans, RMBS, CMBS, CLO bonds, and repack securities. All candidates must be admitted to the North Carolina State Bar. Requirements
- Three to six years of structured finance experience.
- Strong deal experience at a law firm with a focus in structured finance, lending, securitization, or similar finance structures.
- Experience representing domestic and foreign banks in warehouse lending and structured repurchase transactions involving commercial real estate loans, RMBS, CMBS, CLO bonds, and repack securities.
- Admission to the North Carolina State Bar.
