About The Position

The Structure Foreman manages and assists skilled craft workers in performing assigned duties under close supervision. The work includes building columns and caps, setting concrete beams, and placing bridge decks. The foreman leads field crew production, supports safe equipment use, and helps achieve departmental and company goals. The position involves working outdoors at construction projects and occasional required travel.

Requirements

• Five years of experience managing crews on highway projects.
• Ability to lift, push, pull, and move up to 70 pounds.
• Ability to climb, kneel, twist, and bend in various environments.
• Manual dexterity sufficient to reach and handle items and work with the fingers.
• Ability to communicate in English verbally and in writing.
• Valid driver license for occasional required travel.
• Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.
• Ability to interpret a wide variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form and deal with abstract and concrete variables.
• Ability to physically maneuver on foot around minor obstacles at construction projects.
• Ability to work outdoors with exposure to changing weather conditions, including rain, sun, snow, and wind.
