About The Position
We are hiring Structural Welders to join a busy fabrication shop building custom equipment for the oil & gas industry. This role offers an opportunity to grow your welding career.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of structural welding experience
- Ability to read blueprints and weld symbols
- Experience with structural steel fabrication
- Familiarity with grinders, measuring tools, and shop equipment
- Reliable attendance and willingness to work overtime
- 3G Plate Test (MIG)
- 4G Plate Test
Responsibilities
- Weld structural steel components including skids, platforms, pipe supports, and equipment bases
- Read blueprints, weld symbols, and fabrication drawings
- Perform quality welds and inspect finished work
- Use grinders, torches, and other fabrication tools
- Work with the fabrication team to complete custom projects
- Follow all safety and quality standards
