About The Position

BOLZONI AURAMO Inc. is building a pool of Structural Welders. Candidates must complete and pass a welding certification test; positions will be awarded based on seniority after successful completion. The role involves welding during cylinder manufacturing using robotic and hand-welding skills, as well as identifying weld quality. Welders set up and operate welding machines and are responsible for the quality of their work, including adjusting speeds, feed, and temperature controls and locating work fixtures to maintain quality welds. The work also includes milling, turning, drilling, tapping, deburring, molding, bench operations, and inspection, following process instructions, sketches, blueprints, shop orders, and shop folders. Parts are checked using various measuring instruments, with quality inspections performed before and after welding. Must be willing to work second or third shift. Some travel may be required. The position is based at the Bolzoni US location in Sulligent, Alabama; it is not field-based, and relocation assistance is not available.

Requirements

High school diploma or GED.
Welding certification required; candidates must pass the welding certification test.
Must be willing to work second or third shift.
Good mechanical skills.
Results-oriented, hands-on, systematic approach, and high attention to detail.

One year of manufacturing experience is preferred.
