We are seeking an experienced Structural Welder / Ironworker to join our growing fabrication team. The ideal candidate has experience fabricating and welding structural steel components, interpreting fabrication drawings, and producing high-quality work in a fast-paced industrial environment. This position is ideal for someone who takes pride in craftsmanship, works safely, and enjoys being part of a collaborative team.

Requirements

Minimum 2–3 years of structural welding and ironworking experience.
Experience reading fabrication drawings and blueprints.
Knowledge of structural steel fabrication practices.
Ability to safely operate fabrication equipment and hand tools.
Strong attention to detail.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
Team-oriented with a strong work ethic.

Nice To Haves

AWS Welding Certification (preferred but not required).
Experience working in industrial or electrical manufacturing environments.

Responsibilities

Perform MIG, Stick, and Flux-Core welding on structural steel components.
Fabricate and assemble steel structures according to engineering drawings.
Read and interpret blueprints, fabrication drawings, and welding symbols.
Operate fabrication equipment including grinders, saws, drills, and cutting tools.
Inspect completed work to ensure quality standards are met.
Maintain a clean and organized work area.
Follow OSHA regulations and company safety procedures.
Collaborate with fabrication and engineering teams to complete projects on schedule.
