About The Position

We are seeking an experienced Structural Steel Fitter/Fabricator with hands-on structural steel fabrication experience. The role involves reading blueprints, performing precision fitting and welding, and working with structural steel materials while maintaining quality and safety standards. This is a permanent, full-time, first-shift position in York, Pennsylvania, with starting pay of $25.00 per hour; higher pay may be available depending on experience.

Requirements

At least 2 years of structural steel fabrication experience.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications.
Strong knowledge of welding techniques, equipment, and materials.
Ability to set up and operate a track torch.
Ability to pass all Flux-Cored Arc Welding (FCAW) tests.
Strong attention to detail and precision.
Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
Commitment to workplace safety and established procedures.

Nice To Haves

Welding certification (AWS or equivalent).

Responsibilities
