This role is perfect for a Structural Engineer with 4–5 years of experience who is looking to continue their growth, gain exposure to complex projects, and accelerate their career with one of the top engineering teams in the Mid-West. You will step into a highly supportive design office with a clear, structured roadmap to progress directly into a Senior Structural Engineer role.
