About The Position

This vacancy is for a place in the pool of experts in Marketing Consultancy, not for a specific project. Experts will be matched with projects within Food or Non-Food themes based on their expertise. PUM is a unique NGO with a network of 1,200 voluntary experts working with entrepreneurs in 26 countries and 12 programs to strengthen business ecosystems and create economic, social, and environmental value. They collaborate with small and medium-sized enterprises and supporting organizations.

Requirements

Track record of relevant experience in Marketing Consultancy.
Availability to participate in remote advice projects.
Authentic, resilient, humble, and dynamic professional.
Appreciation for cultural differences and interaction with equality and respect.
Eagerness to operate as a sparring partner in culturally diverse and changing circumstances.
Hands-on approach and ability to translate knowledge into a practical plan.
Excellent command of the English language, both verbally and in writing.
Comfortable with digital tools, including Microsoft Office 365.
Reside in the Netherlands.
Registered in the Municipal Personal Records Database (BRP).
Have Dutch basic health insurance.
Pass prescreening (VOG).

Nice To Haves

Experience in B2B sales techniques.
Experience in e-commerce.
Experience in export strategy.
French or Spanish proficiency.
