About The Position

Arcadis is seeking a Structural Engineering Intern for its growing Design Center Team in Toledo, Ohio, within the Places Business Area. The team serves water, industrial, and environmental clients nationwide and works across a range of project types and market sectors. The intern will receive mentorship from experienced engineers and collaborate with project teams and clients while developing professionally.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related engineering degree.
• Must have a current valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.

Nice To Haves

• Prior internship experience at a consulting engineering firm or in a municipal work environment.
• Experience with AutoCAD, Revit, and/or MicroStation CAD software.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical and design support for industrial and/or water project designs as part of a team.
• Correspond with project managers, project teams, and clients.
• Develop professionally by working across a variety of market sectors with guidance from the existing team.
• Manage multiple unique assignments simultaneously and take initiative on new projects and challenges.
