Requirements

• At least 16 years of structural analysis experience in the aerospace sector.
• Level 4 proficiency in airframe primary structure layout and sizing.
• Expertise in hand and Excel-based analysis of aerospace structures.
• Advanced user of NASTRAN, PATRAN, HyperMesh, and Abaqus.
• Proficiency with CATIA V5 for modeling and design interpretation.
• Skill in interpreting complex engineering drawings and assemblies.

Nice To Haves

• Experience with MRB stress analysis of metallic and composite structures.
• Familiarity with TMP Vision for data post-processing.
• Experience with CATIA 3DX.
• Proficiency in UNIX/LINUX operating systems.
• Exposure to Slim, Vision, and IDAT tools.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive stress analysis on new and existing airframe primary and secondary structures.
• Update and validate structural analyses to reflect design modifications.
• Analyze subsystems and installation components for optimal performance and compliance.
• Use FEA software for advanced modeling and simulation to ensure structural integrity and safety.
• Interpret detail, assembly, and installation drawings and models to support engineering decisions.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to drive design excellence and resolve technical challenges.
