About The Position

The Stroke Program Coordinator demonstrates a high level of clinical competence to foster clinical excellence and improve individual and group clinical outcomes. The coordinator facilitates individualized, evidence-based care for patients and families by coordinating and collaborating with the healthcare team. Through role modeling, coaching, and demonstration, the coordinator supports staff learning and promotes outcomes-oriented nursing practice.

Requirements

• Registered Nurse (RN).
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing degree required.
• Five years of experience in a clinical specialty.
• Basic Cardiac Life Support certification must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date.
• No travel required.

Nice To Haves

• Clinical experience in Med/Surg or Neurosurgery is preferred.
