About The Position

The Stringing Machine Technician will serve as a knowledgeable and patient point of contact for customers, assisting with troubleshooting, technical support, and product guidance. This role requires strong communication skills, hands-on stringing experience, and the ability to deliver exceptional service. GAMMA will provide full training on our complete line of stringing machines.

Requirements

Prior experience stringing tennis racquets is required.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to explain technical details clearly, excellent organizational skills, and strong memorization skills.
Patience, professionalism, and a strong customer-first mindset.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a part-time role.

Responsibilities

Provide troubleshooting support to customers via phone, email, or virtual demonstrations.
Answer technical questions and assist consumers with proper operation and maintenance of GAMMA stringing machines.
Deliver clear, professional, and patient communication when resolving issues.
Document customer inquiries and solutions to help improve processes and resources.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of all GAMMA stringing machines and tools.
Maintain knowledge of hundreds of active machine components, and partially manage part inventory.
Collaborate with the Customer Service and Product teams to escalate complex issues when needed.
