About The Position

You will be the Strike Weapons Program Manager for the Long‑Range Anti‑Ship Missile (LRASM) Program. Our team is responsible for delivering next‑generation anti‑ship missile capabilities to the warfighter. As the Strike Weapons Program Manager you will be responsible for leading the complimentary contract for the next spiral upgrade and driving LRASM growth. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to: Lead the complimentary contract and oversee the spiral upgrade. Establish and maintain positive relationships with the USN, USAF, customers, program functional leads, and other MFC program areas. Integrate cross‑functional teams—including engineering, supply chain, and operations—to ensure cost, schedule, and technical performance baselines are met. Shape requirements, statements of work, and business plans with customers and program teams. Coordinate proposals and negotiate new contracts to expand LRASM capabilities.

Requirements

Must be willing to work on onsite full-time
Experience as a Project lead, Cost Account Management (CAM), PI, subcontract manager or demonstrated ability to lead a project start to finish within a defined cost and schedule.
Proven aptitude to maintain excellent customer relationships
Experience as a Cost Account Manager
Experience with risk and opportunity management
Experience in proposal management process
Ability to multi-task and coordinate / manage multiple contracts/projects simultaneously
Cross functional team management
Strong written and verbal communications skills with track record of presenting to internal and external customers
Demonstrated self-starter who can take imitative and work independently with minimal direction and oversight
Active Secret security clearance with the ability to obtain a Top Secret clearance as well as a Special Access Program clearance.
Must be a U.S. Citizen

Nice To Haves

Experience working with system security technologies
Experience with USN and USAF customer
Experience writing and statements of work and drafting Integrated Master Plans (IMPs), Integrated Master Schedules (IMS) and Work Breakdown Structures (WBS)
Knowledge of program and financial measurements (orders, sales, EBIT and cash)
Knowledge of DoD contract types (CPFF, FFP, CPIF, etc.)
Knowledge and/or experience with missile systems
Experience with working with major suppliers with significant program scope
Strong organizational skills
Demonstrated maturity, judgement, negotiation/influence skills, analytical skills, and leadership skills
Demonstrated track record of delivering results in fluid or ambiguous situations
