About The Position

Stretch Zone is seeking part-time Stretch Practitioners for its Mandeville location. Practitioners provide excellent customer service and effective assisted stretching using Stretch Zone’s proprietary methods and patented stabilization system. They create an individualized experience for each client, help clients stay on schedule with their programs, and contribute to a welcoming, team-oriented environment focused on health and wellness. New hires must complete a week of training and demonstrate proficiency in the company’s modalities. The position targets a minimum of 25 sessions per week after training and requires weekend and mid-day/evening availability to support extended store hours. Compensation is $16 per hour, plus $3 per stretch and performance-based commission on first-time client sessions that result in a membership.

Requirements

Ability to manage time effectively.
Proficiency in Stretch Zone techniques, processes, and procedures.
Ability to efficiently serve and maintain a client base.
Weekend and mid-day/evening availability.
Successful completion of the required week of training and modality testing.

Responsibilities

Provide clients with excellent customer service and effective assisted stretching techniques.
Maintain a personal commitment to meeting customer needs and helping clients follow individualized programs.
Keep clients on schedule with their programs.
Comply with the schedule directed by the Regional Manager, targeting a minimum of 25 sessions per week after training.
Maintain a positive attitude when working with clients.
Dress professionally according to the company handbook’s dress code.
Contribute to the team environment and reinforce Stretch Zone’s culture.
Clean and maintain the store.
Partner with management and front desk staff to provide outstanding service and a comfortable atmosphere.
Clock in and out as required by the handbook.
Perform other duties as assigned.
