About The Position

Stretch Zone is seeking part-time Stretch Practitioners for its growing Mandeville location. Practitioners provide excellent customer service and effective assisted stretching using Stretch Zone’s proprietary method, patented stabilization system, and equipment. They deliver individualized stretching programs intended to support clients’ health and wellness and help maintain a welcoming, comfortable, customer-loyalty-focused environment. New hires must complete a week of training and demonstrate proficiency in the company’s stretching modalities. Practitioners work as part of a team, contribute to the location’s culture, and help clean and maintain the store. The role offers a base hourly rate plus per-stretch pay and performance-based commission on first-time client sessions that result in a membership.

Requirements

Ability to manage time effectively.
Proficiency in Stretch Zone techniques, processes, and procedures.
Ability to efficiently service and maintain a client base.
Availability for weekends and mid-day/evening shifts.
Successful completion of the required week of training and modality testing.

Responsibilities

Provide clients with excellent customer service and effective assisted stretching techniques.
Deliver individualized stretching programs suited to clients’ specific needs.
Keep clients on schedule with their programs.
Maintain a personal commitment to meeting customer needs and maintaining a positive attitude.
Follow the schedule set by the Regional Manager, targeting a minimum of 25 sessions per week after training.
Dress professionally according to the company handbook’s dress code.
Contribute to the team environment and reinforce Stretch Zone’s culture.
Clean and maintain the store.
Partner with management and front desk staff to provide outstanding service and a comfortable atmosphere.
Clock in and out as required by the handbook.
Perform other duties as assigned.
