Design and deliver engaging workshop content in 20 undergraduate student orientations the summer of 2026, to audiences of 300+, under the direction of the Associate Provost for Student Leadership. Collaborate with orientation leadership and presenters from across the university to ensure a positive experience for new students. Act as ambassadors for the university in conversations with students, parents and guests. Provide customer support to faculty and staff who have interest in the Strengths content for their curricular or co-curricular activities, via the Gallup Business Platform. Collect and analyze data to improve the Strengths experience for students throughout the summer. Create Standard Operating Procedures to document best practices for future orientation workshops.
