Seasonal Orientation Leader Work Study
About The Position
Orientation Leaders (OLs) welcome incoming students and their families to Flagler College while representing our Core Values: Transformative Learning, Respectful and Inclusive Community, Citizenship with Integrity and Thoughtful Stewardship. Using these values and aspects of their own Flagler experience, OLs work together to collaborate across campus to create a positive and informative program for new first-year students, transfer students, and their visiting family members. We are looking for students who would love to be the welcome train and some of the first friends the incoming students will meet when they arrive at Flagler. Our Roar Up OLs create a positive orientation experience to help us showcase an exciting campus community and one we look forward to growing with our new incoming students. Student worker positions provide valuable on-campus employment opportunities that support departments while helping students develop professional skills. These roles are intended to enhance the student experience through meaningful work aligned with academic and career interests.

- Must be eligible for Work Study.
