About The Position

The ParkX Sweeper Operator is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of streets and public roadways within assigned areas. This includes safely operating a sweeper truck along assigned routes to remove trash, debris, leaves, and other refuse, contributing to the overall presentation and safety of the community. This position requires a high degree of responsibility, attention to detail, and the ability to operate the vehicle safely while maintaining a professional and courteous demeanor. #WeShowUp

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent.
Valid driver's license, with no major violations.
Availability to work outside regular hours and weekends during events.
Outgoing personality with the ability to relate to people from diverse backgrounds and develop and maintain strong relationships.

Responsibilities

Operate the cleaning/sweeper vehicle to remove trash, debris, leaves, and other materials from assigned routes.
Follow safe operating practices, as well as all applicable traffic laws and site protocols.
Perform vehicle and assigned equipment inspections before and after each shift.
Complete daily cleaning and maintenance tasks for exterior areas as directed by the Senior Manager of Operations, Janitorial.
Report to the assigned location before the start of the shift in the approved ParkX uniform.
Follow all safety protocols and ensure proper use of cleaning tools and equipment.
Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor with property staff, residents, customers, and visitors.
Support management teams with special cleaning or maintenance projects when requested.
Keep the machinery and supply storage area organized and hazard-free.
Complete corresponding documentation at the end of the shift and ensure proper handover of responsibilities to the next shift.
Monitor inventory and inform management when additional cleaning materials or supplies are needed.
Notify management of any maintenance issues or unsafe conditions in exterior areas.
Adhere to assigned cleaning schedules and checklists.
Participate in team meetings and stay updated with operational updates related to site cleaning and maintenance.
Cover for colleagues during absences and support different exterior zones when necessary.
Be available to work weekends and after regular hours, especially during events or peak seasons.
Represent ParkX values and comply with company attendance, uniform, and conduct policies.
Perform other related duties as assigned.
