About The Position
At Total Civil Construction & Engineering, we don't just build roads and infrastructure, we build lasting impact. As we continue expanding across the Mid-Atlantic region, we're looking for experienced and dependable CDL Drivers to join our field teams and support the successful delivery of our civil construction projects. We are seeking a dependable Street Sweeper Truck Operator to safely operate a street sweeper to clean roads, parking lots, and construction sites. No prior experience is required—we provide paid training. Candidates must have a valid CDL Class B driver's license and be authorized to work as required by the employer.
Requirements
- Valid CDL Class B driver's license.
- Must be a US Citizen
- Must be eligible to work in the United States.
- Must have a clean driving record preferred.
- Ability to work nights, weekends, or overtime as needed.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to safety.
Nice To Haves

Responsibilities
- Operate a street sweeper truck safely and efficiently.
- Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections.
- Clean streets, parking lots, and designated work areas.
- Follow assigned routes and work schedules.
- Complete daily inspection and service logs.
- Report mechanical issues or safety concerns promptly.
- Follow all traffic laws and company safety policies.
- Keep the vehicle clean and properly maintained.
