About The Position

The Wall Street Quants is seeking a full-time Street Interview Content Creator to join their team in New York City or Miami, FL. This role is focused on building a leading media brand in quantitative finance, trading, and high-performance careers. The ideal candidate will create engaging street-interview content for platforms like TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and X, attracting millions of views. The content will focus on finance, hedge funds, quantitative trading, investing, technology, and high-income careers, interviewing professionals, students, and individuals interested in these fields. The role requires developing concepts, filming, analyzing performance, and contributing to brand growth.

Requirements

• Must be located near Manhattan or Miami.
• Comfortable being on camera for extended periods.
• Highly outgoing and able to confidently approach strangers.
• Excellent communication and interviewing skills.
• Strong understanding of social media content trends.
• Ability to identify compelling stories and interesting personalities.
• Willingness to travel for filming opportunities.
