About The Position

Supports one or more strategic enterprise initiatives to understand, analyze, develop, recommend, and deliver strategy and planning solutions. Defines the business problem, identifies issues and implements a planned approach for one or more initiatives. Defines and obtains data collection, research and reporting activities for assigned initiatives. Analyzes and recommends solutions for key initiatives. Works with more senior team members to develop and deliver presentations. Collaborates with the line of business and/or multiple line of businesses to implement recommended solutions.

Requirements

  • University/college degree with 3+ years of relevant/direct industry experience.
  • Knowledgeable of the values and practices that align customer needs and satisfaction as primary considerations in all business decisions and able to leverage that information in creating customized customer solutions.
  • Assessing and effectively managing all of the risks associated with their business objectives and activities to ensure they adhere to and support PNC's Enterprise Risk Management Framework.
  • Bachelors degree.
  • Comparable combination of education, job specific certification(s), and experience (including military service) may be considered in lieu of a degree.

Responsibilities

  • Understand, analyze, develop, recommend, and deliver strategy and planning solutions for strategic enterprise initiatives.
  • Define business problems, identify issues, and implement planned approaches for initiatives.
  • Define and obtain data collection, research, and reporting activities for assigned initiatives.
