About The Position

Lime is seeking a Strategy & Planning Program Manager, Fleet Allocation to join their Strategy & Planning team. This role will collaborate with market managers, cross-functional teams (data, finance, etc.), and Lime’s management to make critical decisions, prioritize initiatives, and solve complex problems. The ideal candidate will leverage their analytical, project, and stakeholder management skills to understand business needs and ensure the success of Lime's global operations. This position serves as a crucial link between executive strategy and regional execution for the Americas and APAC regions, ensuring optimal asset placement, alignment across departments (Finance, Ops, Supply Chain, Government Regulation), and resolution of key regional challenges. The role requires experience in scaling processes or products in a fast-paced, high-growth setting, with the ability to balance strategic thinking with effective execution. Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in management consulting, investment banking, business intelligence, strategy and operations, or related experience
  • Strong analytical judgment, advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills, SQL proficiency, and the ability to independently pull, structure, analyze, and translate data into clear ROI-based recommendations.
  • Able to manage complex cross-functional workstreams across regions, build scalable processes, drive execution, and operate independently through ambiguity.
  • Strong communicator who can influence without authority, challenge assumptions, align senior stakeholders, and turn complex analysis into crisp decisions, action plans, and leadership-ready updates.
  • Understands whether a plan is both analytically sound and operationally executable.
  • Comfortable working across Americas and APAC time zones.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.

Nice To Haves

  • Micro-mobility industry or high-growth company experience is a plus
  • Experience with Tableau, Looker, Power BI, or similar BI tools.
  • Knowledge of Anaplan or similar EPM tools and financial processes is a plus.
  • Background in mobility, logistics, marketplace operations, supply chain, inventory planning, asset-heavy operations, international operations, or planning cycles such as annual planning, re-forecasting, CapEx planning, or budget forecasting.
  • MBA, master’s degree, or equivalent analytical training is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Own asset allocation: Manage intake, evaluation, recommendations, and tracking for asset allocation requests across Americas and APAC.
  • Build recommendations: Use markets metrics, operational readiness and information from multiple teams to determine where fleet should move to maximize our ROI.
  • Model trade-offs: Build scenarios and decision frameworks to compare competing allocation options.
  • Drive planning cycles: Support forecasting and budgeting cycles on Capex and fleet planning.
  • Coordinate execution: Turn approved decisions into clear operational plans to support teams on execution.
  • Partner cross-functionally: Align with local and cross-functional leaders across Ops, Finance, Supply Chain, Logistics, Government Relationship and Data Science.
  • Track outcomes: Monitor execution and post-movement performance to assess business impact.
  • Improve the system: Improve trackers, dashboards, models, cadences, and processes to make allocation faster, cleaner, and more data-driven.
