We’re hiring a Fleet Allocation Specialist at our Corporate Headquarters in Columbia, MO, and we’re looking for someone who’s ready to grow with us, bring energy and drive to their work, and help us build the future of construction. This role will involve daily follow up with local branches and manufacturers to ensure attachments are being received and serialized, collaboration with Regional Fleet Managers as well as local branches to keep upcoming and existing branch inventory in stock with key assets while also vetting new opportunities, and developing relationships with pre-existing and new manufacturers.

Requirements

  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to work cross-functionally across multiple departments.
  • You’re a great listener and care about solving problems.
  • Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can adapt quickly to change.
  • High level of integrity, trust, and confidentiality required.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent, required
  • At least 2 years professional experience
  • Be able to sit at desk while using a computer for long periods of time

Nice To Haves

  • Construction industry knowledge preferred but not required
  • College degree preferred but not required

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the team to improve efficiency, develop new processes, and roll-out of company initiatives.
  • Inventory management of construction equipment
  • Support fleet logistics by identifying what equipment is needed at branches across the United States
  • Coordinate logistics activities with internal and external customers
  • Analyze dashboards and assess utilization needs at branches across the United States
