About The Position

This role is intended for candidates with a strong record of operating effectively in complex, matrixed enterprise environments. Supports strategic enterprise initiatives to understand, analyze, recommend and deliver strategy and planning solutions. Supports team in providing expertise to create the definition, understanding and framing of complex business initiatives. Executes advanced planning, analysis, solution development and presentation for strategic initiatives. Ensures quality and accuracy of data elements relative to the initiatives. Analyzes and recommends solutions for key initiatives. Develops and delivers structured and compelling presentations to highlight key findings and makes recommendations.

Requirements

  • Experience supporting leadership and executive governance routines
  • Comfort working across multiple lines of business, driving stakeholder coordination
  • Experience with strategic and financial planning for large organizations
  • Highly strategic and detail-oriented, with the ability to zoom out to enterprise implications and dive deep into data
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret reports, metrics, and trends and define what “excellent” looks like
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication, including executive-level storytelling
  • Advanced proficiency in PowerPoint for leadership-ready presentations
  • Strong experience leveraging Tableau and Power BI, including report development and data interpretation
  • Ability to influence at different levels of the enterprise without direct ownership or authority

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with enterprise planning software such as Planview Portfolios, Broadcom Clarity, Planisware, or NH360

Responsibilities

  • Support one or more lines of business leadership teams with strategic portfolio management
  • Act as trusted advisor, providing strategic oversight, enabling leaders to learn from portfolio performance and trends
  • Ensure metrics are meaningful, actionable, and aligned with strategic priorities and outcomes, enabling clear assessment of return on investment and enterprise value
  • Coordinate defined portfolio routines, including intake, reviews, prioritization forums, and touchpoints
  • Maintain portfolio artifacts, including initiative inventories, prioritization inputs, capacity views, and dependency tracking
  • Facilitate cross-functional portfolio reviews by coordinating inputs, documenting outcomes, and tracking follow-ups
  • Proactively monitor portfolio changes and elevate risks, conflicts, or misalignment to support timely leadership decisions
  • Partner with the Finance Management Office to support messaging, analysis, and materials impacting lines of business
  • Coordinate with the Strategic Planning Office to ensure portfolio data aligns with enterprise strategic priorities and planning cycles
