As a Strategy & Operations Consultant, you will forge a career in the healthcare industry in a collaborative, supportive, and inclusive environment. You will be working 100% on client engagements with a focus on the healthcare payer domain, supporting the engagement team in a variety of tasks. This means that you will go through an intense period of learning while supporting our engagements. Your contributions will be a key part of project deliverables, firm collateral and development of internal methodology. Everyday you’ll be making a positive impact.

Requirements

  • Working knowledge of the payer industry with a detailed understanding of multiple business functions and areas within a health plan, including specialization in network, product, operations, and clinical.
  • Interest and basic understanding of the overall healthcare industry.
  • Ability to speak about healthcare issues and topics with competence and confidence.
  • Ability to manage competing priorities with a high level of organization and attention to detail.
  • At least two years of experience in a consulting environment.
  • Motivated professional with a passion for improving healthcare through data-driven improvement projects.
  • Focused on customer success through developing trusting relationships and always choosing to do the right thing.
  • Collaborative teammate who can identify opportunities for improvement and carve out the path to solutions.
  • Prioritizes personal and professional development and is always ready to stretch their abilities to the next level.
  • Hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree.
  • Able to travel 80% of the time.
  • Authorized to work in the US.

  • Supporting the engagement team in a variety of tasks.
