About The Position

They apply proprietary clinical metrics and a large patient dataset to identify top-performing doctors and use incentives to guide members to the best care, resulting in better health outcomes and lower costs. This role is for a motivated self-starter who wants to solve complex problems and deliver real impact in a high-performance environment. The Strategy & Operations Manager will be embedded in the Strategy & Operations team, reporting to the VP of Strategy & Operations, and will be responsible for executing strategic initiatives and deploying management best practices.

Requirements

2+ years of experience in a strategic problem-solving role.
Prior experience in management consulting, investment banking, or an early-stage startup environment.
Strong ability to break down unstructured problems into component parts, recommend solutions, and implement them with cross-functional stakeholders.
High ownership mentality and detail orientation resulting in a track record of delivering operational initiatives.
Strong analytical skills and the ability to synthesize insights from complex data.
Interest and/or experience working in healthcare, with a mission to improve the U.S. healthcare system.
A desire to do work that matters and to be held to a high standard.

Responsibilities

Execute strategic projects across the business, focusing on high-priority areas for Garner's leadership team.
Manage a portfolio of operational processes, developing and deploying them in collaboration with subject matter experts.
Support Garner's strategic operating rhythm, including managing company KPIs and driving annual/quarterly planning processes.
Work directly with Garner's leadership on high-visibility initiatives.
