As a Strategy & Operations Manager, you will be an integral part of the Strategy & Operations team, reporting directly to the VP of Strategy & Operations. This self-motivated individual will be responsible for executing a variety of strategic initiatives across the business, focusing on high-priority areas for Garner's leadership. You will apply management best practices and gain insights into operating within a high-performance, high-impact environment.

Requirements

2+ years of experience in a strategic problem-solving role.
Prior experience in management consulting, investment banking, or an early-stage startup environment.
Strong ability to break down unstructured problems into their component parts, recommend solutions, and work with cross-functional stakeholders to implement them.
A combination of high ownership mentality and detail orientation that has resulted in a track record of delivering operational initiatives.
Strong analytical skills and the ability to synthesize insights from complex data.
Interest and/or experience working in healthcare, with a mission to improve the U.S. healthcare system.
A desire to do work that matters and to be held to a high standard.
Energized by a mission with measurable outcomes, not just good intentions.

Responsibilities

Execute strategic projects across the business, focusing on high-priority areas for Garner’s leadership team.
Develop and deploy a portfolio of operational processes in close collaboration with subject matter experts across Garner.
Rotate through various high-impact initiatives to gain broad exposure across the company.
Support Garner’s strategic operating rhythm, including managing company KPIs and driving annual/quarterly planning processes.
Work directly with Garner’s leadership on high-visibility initiatives for the business.
