About The Position

In this role, you will own and drive high-priority initiatives end-to-end across any function, including scoping deliverables, setting milestones, managing dependencies across teams, and holding stakeholders accountable to timelines and quality standards. You will structure ambiguous problems into clear analyses and action plans, building models, framing trade-offs, and delivering recommendations. The position also involves helping design and run the company's operating cadences, such as reporting cycles, planning processes, and review rhythms, and identifying where processes are missing or breaking to stand up lightweight systems. You will act as the connective tissue between the CEO, functional leads, and execution teams, ensuring outcomes are measurable and repeatable. Additionally, you will maintain shared sources of truth, partnering with functional owners to investigate discrepancies, validate data definitions, and build playbooks and institutional documentation to reduce key-person risk.

Requirements

  • 5–7+ years in business operations, finance, or management consulting, with at 2 years in a cross-functional ops or chief-of-staff-type role at a high-growth company preferred
  • Experience in a hyper-growth environment — you've operated where structure was being built, not inherited.
  • Analytically rigorous — you are a first-principles thinker, you build models, trackers, and analyses from scratch, not just operate within existing frameworks. Advanced spreadsheets minimum; SQL or BI tools a plus
  • Effective cross-functional operator — you will be doing the work and driving execution across teams you don't directly control, without creating friction.
  • Strong communicator — you translate complex analysis into clear, exec-ready outputs, written and verbal

Nice To Haves

  • MBA or equivalent analytical training
  • Experience with CRM/RevOps systems (HubSpot, Salesforce)
  • Exposure to media, advertising, or newsletter business models
  • AI/automation proficiency for workflow optimization
