About The Position

Guardian Service is seeking a Strategy & Operations Associate to identify, evaluate, and scale new growth opportunities. This role is ideal for someone with experience in management consulting, investment banking, or corporate strategy/growth roles in a startup—where structured problem-solving, analytical rigor, and intellectual curiosity are key. You’ll work directly with senior leadership to frame ambiguous questions, conduct analyses, and translate insights into actionable strategies that drive measurable impact. Over time, you’ll develop expertise in digital growth levers, customer acquisition channels, and operational scaling.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree with strong academic and professional performance.
  • 1-3 years of experience in consulting, banking, strategy, or related growth-focused roles.
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills; able to structure complex problems.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
  • Strong communicator who can influence senior executives with data-driven insights.
  • AI super-user and comfortable testing new LLMs and AI tools to create efficiencies and unlock opportunities.
  • Self-starter with curiosity, drive, and a bias toward action.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with digital marketing is a plus, but not required.

Responsibilities

  • Evaluate, test, and launch new customer acquisition strategies and tactics across digital and mail channels
  • Work directly with senior leaders and partners to prioritize and execute new channel expansion opportunities
  • Support continuous optimization of marketing strategies through research and data analysis, making proactive recommendations to improve profitability and growth
  • Monitor performance and financial metrics, connecting the dots between campaign execution and P&L impact
  • Frame ambiguous problems into clear hypotheses, conduct research / analyses, and recommend actionable solutions
  • Partner with the team to hypothesize, test, and launch UX and creative improvements
  • Distill complex findings into concise memos, presentations, and discussions that drive executive decision-making
  • Seek opportunities to apply AI tools and approaches to enhance efficiency, deepen insights, and accelerate testing and execution.
  • Serve as a trusted business partner to senior leadership, clearly communicating financial metrics, risks, and opportunities.
