About you: Reporting to the Senior Manager, Supply Chain, our Strategy & Operations Analyst will be a core part of our growing commercial and operations teams, collaborating daily with customers, suppliers and manufacturing partners, accounting/finance, sales, robot support, field support, and our engineering team to drive top and bottom line growth. You have the resilience to defeat complex problems, and love to build, analyze, and improve products and processes alongside a highly-driven team. The ideal candidate believes in our mission, and is passionate about autonomy in real-world-use. You are motivated by making a direct impact on the trajectory of the company you work for, and are intensely curious about the market, technology, and product.

Requirements

  • 2-5 years of experience in an analytical role in consulting, startup operations, or with a manufacturing company
  • Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, liberal arts, or a related field
  • Fierce work ethic and self-motivation. You take ownership and see things through to completion.
  • Ability to break complex, ambiguous problems down into clear, actionable plans
  • Strong analytical skills, with comfort turning messy data into clear takeaways
  • A collaborative communicator who builds strong working relationships with engineers, customers, sales and field support, suppliers, and manufacturing partners
  • Exposure to some or all of the following: discrete manufacturing processes, supply chain sourcing and planning, design for manufacturability, Lean/6Sigma continuous improvement, new market entry and go-to-market strategy development, strategy deployment, new product introduction, business development, business process design, project management
  • Deep passion for commercial robotics and excitement about the challenge of scaling a hardware business
  • Willingness to travel up to 15%

Responsibilities

  • Help manage the robot configuration, build mix and spare parts fulfillment, source and plan incoming material so we're ready to meet customer demand.
  • Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments that support customer deliveries, internal sales needs, and R&D.
  • Support quality management across our supply chain and help oversee our contract assembly partners.
  • Analyze operational and robot utilization data to find insights that drive better decisions across the company.
  • Spot gaps in how we work, recommend improvements, and help roll out the tools, systems, and processes that make us more efficient.
  • Be our utility player. Bring the tools you know, pick up new ones quickly; build for scale and always ask how we can do it better next time.
