About The Position

The Strategy Manager role provides a high-impact opportunity to influence Ford Credit’s global strategy and new business initiatives, reporting to the Strategy Director & CEO Chief of Staff. In this role, you will lead specific strategy projects while supporting the broader strategic planning process. This provides the opportunity to work across Engineering, Product, Risk and Finance to help shape the future of Ford Credit and ensure we maintain a sustainable competitive advantage in a changing landscape.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics or a related quantitative field
  • 5+ years of experience in Corporate Strategy, Management Consulting or Global Project Management
  • Proven track record of developing complex strategic frameworks that drive business growth and financial performance
  • Exceptional quantitative and qualitative analytical skills with the ability to interpret large datasets and derive actionable insights
  • Experience working with global and multidisciplinary teams in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders across a matrixed organization
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint with the ability to build "executive-ready" presentations that tell a clear, compelling story

  • Familiarity and fluency with strategic and innovation frameworks and conceptual constructs

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate across the organization to develop strategic points of view (POVs) on complex business problems and capability assessments
  • Build robust business cases for new initiatives, including expansion into new markets, strategic partnerships and M&A opportunities
  • Facilitate strategy team sprint sessions and design-thinking workshops to move from ideation to actionable strategy
  • Develop and share insights on the fintech landscape, automotive finance trends and emerging technologies based on external research and competitive benchmarking
  • Provide oversight for strategy work-streams, managing multiple stakeholders to ensure project milestones align with the long-term vision
  • Synthesize complex data and concepts into high-level strategy papers and compelling presentations for executive leadership
