Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, Finance, or a related field
  • 4–7 years of experience in strategy, consulting, business analysis, or a related field
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
  • Experience managing cross-functional projects in fast-paced environments
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
  • Strong storytelling and presentation skills with proven ability to influence senior stakeholders
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic, high-growth environment with a hands-on mindset
  • Proven interest in leveraging AI tools and automation to improve analytical workflows, productivity, and decision-making

Nice To Haves

  • MBA is a plus
  • financial modeling experience is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Support the development and execution of company-wide strategic initiatives aligned with business objectives and growth priorities.
  • Structure ambiguous business problems into clear workstreams and actionable recommendations while contributing to the development of business cases and impact assessments for strategic initiatives.
  • Support the management of high-impact projects by tracking progress, coordinating with stakeholders, and ensuring smooth execution.
  • Identify operational inefficiencies and contribute to initiatives that improve workflows, scalability, and overall business performance.
  • Analyze business, operational, and financial performance to identify root causes, opportunities, and strategic implications.
  • Assist in monitoring company-wide Objectives and Key Results (OKRs) to ensure alignment with strategic goals.
  • Prepare presentations, reports, and business updates for senior leadership to support strategic discussions and decision-making.
  • Conduct market and competitor research to identify emerging trends, benchmark performance, and support strategic planning.
  • Support the evaluation of new business opportunities, partnerships, and growth initiatives across different markets and business verticals.
  • Assess performance across business units and geographies to support data-driven recommendations and decision-making.
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders across multiple departments to gather insights, align priorities, and support execution.
  • Develop clear and structured presentations and strategic narratives for senior leadership while communicating complex topics in a concise and effective manner.
