About The Position

This opportunity is intended for conversion to a full-time role that will not offer work authorization sponsorship in the future (full-time conversion pending performance evaluation post internship and available headcount). Interested candidates must be currently eligible to work in the US AND must not require work authorization sponsorship in the future. HP, Inc. will not provide any assistance or sign documentation in support of immigration sponsorship including Curricular Practical Training (CPT) or Optional Practical Training (OPT). Join HP’s Print Strategy organization and work alongside a team of experienced strategy consultants supporting HP Consumer Print. You will conduct strategic diligence across topics such as market entry, macroeconomic and consumer trends, and future innovation, translating research and analysis into actionable recommendations.

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing an MBA.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or a related field preferred.
  • Must be enrolled full time at an accredited university.
  • Has no more than 24 months of prior work experience professionally related to the intern requisition they are applying to (not including internships, teaching assistance, research work, or military experience)
  • Able to obtain work authorization in the United States in 2027, and not require sponsorship in the future.
  • Strong quantitative and qualitative analytical abilities.
  • Experience conducting market research and data analysis.
  • Structured problem-solving and hypothesis-driven thinking.
  • Ability to synthesize complex information into actionable recommendations.
  • Strong written, verbal, and executive presentation skills.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Nice To Haves

  • Previous experience in strategy consulting, corporate strategy, finance, or market analysis.
  • Familiarity with market sizing, competitive assessments, and business-case development.
  • Knowledge of consumer technology, printing, or related markets.
  • Experience creating consulting-style presentations and executive deliverables.

  • Build structured analyses and financial or market models in Excel.
  • Develop executive-ready presentations and strategy deliverables.

  • Present conclusions and supporting evidence to business leaders.
