About The Position

Fever is seeking new team members for the role of Strategic Event Operations Managers to lead the design and execution of complex, high-impact global events. These events involve significant partners, novel formats, and unique operational challenges that often necessitate the creation of new solutions. In this position, you will be responsible for the entire operational strategy of each project, from its initial conception through to its final execution. This is a highly autonomous role designed for individuals who excel in ambiguous situations, take full ownership of their work, and are adept at establishing structure in uncharted territory.

Requirements

  • 2–5 years of experience in top-tier consulting (MBB or similar) OR strategy & operations roles in high-growth companies.
  • Proven experience solving complex, ambiguous problems.
  • Experience leading projects end-to-end.
  • Structured problem-solving skills; ability to break down complexity into clear actions.
  • Builder mentality; ability to create solutions where none exist.
  • High ownership; ability to operate independently with minimal guidance.
  • Balance of strategic thinking and execution capabilities.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills; ability to influence without authority.
  • Fluent English required.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in operational environments (logistics, marketplaces, large-scale ops).
  • Exposure to live events or large-scale physical operations.
  • Analytical skills (Excel, SQL) are a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the operational strategy for large-scale, high-complexity events.
  • Manage projects from the early planning stages through to execution.
  • Ensure event delivery meets both partner expectations and internal standards.
  • Translate partner needs into scalable operational models.
  • Design processes, workflows, and tools from scratch when necessary.
  • Define the operational approach for events, rather than just executing existing plans.
  • Deconstruct complex, undefined problems into manageable, actionable plans.
  • Identify potential operational risks and develop mitigation strategies.
  • Make informed decisions even with incomplete information.
  • Collaborate closely with Sales, Originals, Product, and local Operations teams.
  • Align multiple stakeholders around a unified execution plan.
  • Serve as the primary operational contact for key partners.
  • Oversee the effective implementation of designed solutions on the ground.
  • Support local teams in executing complex event setups.
  • Intervene to resolve critical issues and unblock progress when necessary.
