About The Position

Fever is seeking to build a new team of Strategic Event Operations Managers to lead the design and execution of their most complex and high-impact events globally. These events involve large partners, new formats, and operational challenges that often require building solutions from scratch. In this role, you will work from early-stage definition to final execution, owning the full operational strategy of each project. This is a highly autonomous role for individuals who thrive in ambiguity, take ownership, and are comfortable building structure where none exists.

Requirements

  • 2–5 years of experience in: Top-tier consulting (MBB or similar), OR Strategy & Operations roles in high-growth companies
  • Proven experience solving complex, ambiguous problems
  • Experience leading projects end-to-end
  • Structured problem solver: you break down complexity into clear actions
  • Builder mentality: you create solutions where none exist
  • High ownership: you operate independently with minimal guidance
  • Strategic + execution balance: you can design and implement
  • Strong stakeholder management: you influence without authority
  • Fluent English required

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in operational environments (logistics, marketplaces, large-scale ops)
  • Exposure to live events or large-scale physical operations
  • Analytical skills (Excel, SQL) are a plus

Responsibilities

  • Lead the operational strategy of large-scale, high-complexity events
  • Own projects from early planning stages through execution
  • Ensure delivery meets both partner expectations and internal standards
  • Translate partner needs into scalable operational models
  • Design processes, workflows, and tools from scratch when needed
  • Define how the event should be run — not just how to execute it
  • Break down complex, undefined problems into actionable plans
  • Anticipate operational risks and design mitigation strategies
  • Make decisions with incomplete information
  • Work closely with Sales, Originals, Product, and local Operations teams
  • Align multiple stakeholders around a clear execution plan
  • Act as the main operational point of contact for key partners
  • Ensure that designed solutions are effectively implemented on the ground
  • Support local teams in executing complex setups
  • Step in when needed to unblock critical issues
