About The Position
Comprehensive Mobile Care (CMC) is the nation’s leading provider of onsite dental, vision, podiatry, and audiology services for senior facilities. Family-founded and operating across 24 states, we’re focused on providing compassionate, preventative care with dignity to one of America’s most underserved populations. We’re hiring a Strategy Director to help design and scale the national systems, processes, and teams that power CMC’s operations. This role blends strategic planning with hands-on leadership, ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments and enjoys solving complex problems through data, process, and people. Requirements
- 6–10 years in strategy, operations, or process improvement (consulting or healthcare preferred).
- Strong analytical, communication, and project management skills.
- Experience building scalable systems or optimizing workflows at a growing organization.
- Ability to turn strategic vision into actionable, measurable results.

Responsibilities
- Build and scale national systems for equipment, labs, billing, and scheduling.
- Design operational playbooks and frameworks that support growth and consistency.
- Lead cross-functional projects across Operations, Technology, and Finance.
- Use data to identify trends, optimize processes, and guide executive decision-making.
- Manage vendors, budgets, and contracts tied to key strategic initiatives.
- Support training, onboarding, and process improvement across regions.
